“You get what you put in.”Papermoons sound exactly how a couple of boys from Texas should sound, in my opinion. My points of reference are often anything but ordinary, though – so maybe it’s a bit less obvious than I’m making it out to be. RIYL: anything that Ben Gibbard has ever touched. I’ve spent the last month of my life either with my nose in the books or writing pages upon pages of academic essays. Sitting down to Papermoons has made the process at least moderately less exhausting. Team Science released the two-man band’s record New Tales a couple of months ago…Matt Clark and Daniel Hawkins are probably more deserving of a spot in your record collection than that silly Chinese Democracy disc you’ve all been waiting around so long for.
