“It won’t wait for you, because it waits for no one.”

While everyone else is busy placing bets on Boy & Bear‘s “Mexican Mavis” from the new With Emperor Anartica EP – I find myself instead lost in the equally excellent, if not superior, track “The Storm”.  Sydney, AU’s new hipster darlings, with their obvious nods to Seattle’s Fleet Foxes, are the bearers are of beautifully crafted indie hymnals – as I like to call them.  The band is already playing sold-out shows across Australia with some of England’s “nu-folk revolutionaries”, such as the ever-wonderful Mumford & Sons and Laura Marling.  The EP was released in early May and is worth every penny spent.
